Have you ever felt that if God “really knew” what you are going through or have gown through, He would not have allowed it to happen?  Or perhaps the trial was somehow able to slip under His radar and He did not see it?  Or maybe it is hard to understand why He would allow that “thing” to go to the point of no return.  This episode deals with themes and questions such as these, as we discuss the death of Lazarus, and the impact it had on those around him.  While it may have seemed that Jesus missed the opportunity to step in and save him, He knew exactly what the situation called for.  God knows exactly what we need in every situation.  Let us trust Him.
